Draft bill of Recovery of Loans by Banks (Special Provisions) (Amended) Act No.4 of 1990 to be gazetted

The Cabinet of Ministers granted approval for the resolution forwarded by the President in his Capacity as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies to publish the draft bill of Recovery of Loans by Banks (Special Provisions) (Amended) Act which has received clearance from the Attorney General in the government gazette notification and subsequently forward it to the Parliament for their approval.
