* Face Mask Using Ginger
You will need:
Two tablespoons ginger powder
Four tablespoons honey
Directions:
Mix the ginger powder and honey well until you get a smooth paste, without lumps.
Apply it on your skin, avoiding the eye area, and allow it to dry for 15 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water.
This ginger face mask can be used once in every two weeks. The anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant properties of ginger act like a natural toner and keep acne at bay while reducing your pores.
* Hair Mask Using Ginger
You will need:
One-inch fresh ginger
Three tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil
Grater
Spoon
Sieve or strainer
Bowl
Directions:
Peel the ginger and grate it to extract the juice.
Pass the grated ginger through the sieve, or strainer, and extract as much of the juice possible and collect it in the bowl.
Mix the ginger juice with the coconut oil or olive oil.
Apply the mixture on your scalp and massage it well. Leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes.
Shampoo, using a mild shampoo, and rinse off with warm water.
This ginger hair mask can be used once a week. It can be effective in promoting silky and lustrous hair, while treating dandruff at the same time
