Distribution of donation packs by SLIFA and Indonesian Embassy

The Indonesian Embassy in Colombo in collaboration with Sri Lanka Indonesia Friendship Association (SLIFA) organized ‘The SLIFA Member Nite’ on Jan 28 at Riptaloka Hall in the Indonesian Embassy a social service projects on Jan 29-31 by distributing 200 dry rations packs to the deserving Lankan families in Trincomalee and Kandy.

The events were held in the presence of Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to Sri Lanka and Maldives Dewi Gustina Tobing and President of SLIFA Marlena Laxana.

Ambassador Dewi Gustina Tobing hailed SLIFA for its contribution to promote people to people relations between Indonesia and Sri Lanka. Ambassador Dewi urged the need to continue the work to strengthen friendship and solidary between the two countries for the advancement of bilateral relations.
