Dinushka Chandrasena re-elected President of Skal Intl Colombo

Managing Editor of Travel Talk Asia, Dinushka Chandrasena, was re-elected President of Skal International Colombo recently at the 69th Annual General meeting held at the California Grill, Galadari Hotel Colombo. Ahintha Amarasinghe, Managing Director World Link Travels was re-elected as Vice President for the year 2023/2024.

Guest speaker at the event was Richard Nuttall, CEO of Sri Lankan Airlines, the national carrier and a catalyst in reviving the tourism industry in Sri Lanka. He spoke on the state of the Aviation and tourism industry which was very informative and well received by the members and guests at the meeting.

The Executive Committee for the year are Bernard Wijetunga (Immediate Vice President), Zahara Mufti (Secretary), Nirmalan Nagendra (Treasurer), Keethi Jayaweera (President Skal Asia) Hashan Cooray (Public Relations Officer), Gyan Amarasinghe (Membership Development officer), Shereen Gunasekera, (Assistant Secretary) Dushy Jayaweera, Shamali De Vas, Sutheash Balasubramanium (Committee member), Prasanjith Perera (Committee Member).
