Dilshan Wirasekara MD of Sri Lanka’s First Capital, Manjula Mathews Director

ECONOMYNEXT – First Capital Holdings Plc, a unit of Sri Lanka’s Janashakthi group said its CEO Dilshan Wirasekara has been promoted to Managing Director and Manjula Mathews has been appointed as the Deputy Chairperson.

The change came after the tragic death of Dinesh Schaffter, who was the managing director.Manjula Mathews has been made a director.

Earlier this year Manjula was appointed to the Board of Habitat for Humanity International and is currently Board Chair of Habitat for Humanity, Sri Lanka.She is currently a Director of Janashakthi Limited the parent company of the listed entities First Capital Holdings PLC, Janashakthi Insurance PLC, Orient Finance PLC, and others.
