Diligent Group, Sri Lanka, honoured with ‘Global Best Employer Brands 2020’ Award

Diligent Group, Sri Lanka, was awarded the ‘Global Best Employer Brands 2020’ Award at the World HRD Congress held in India end October.

The awards were presented by Dr. R. L. Bhatia, Founder, World Sustainability Congress, in recognition of the company’s untiring and unmatched efforts to “dignify and honour its employees by developing them to liberate their fullest potential in life”.

The Global award confirms the positioning of Diligent as the “Best Employer of the World”.

The Co-founder and Chairman of Diligent Group is Prabash Ranaweera, while the Co-founder and Group Managing Director is Mrs. Nishani Jayasinghe Ranaweera.

Diligent Group comprises seven revenue generating sectors: Local Recruitment, International Recruitment, Staff Outsourcing, IT Managed Services, Imports, Exports and Plantations.

Diligent began its operations in 2005 with two individuals and has now grown into a team of 300 plus committed professionals sharing a common vision, with a customer base exceeding 1,500 corporate clients worldwide.
