Dialog Prashansa Celebrates Customer Service and Elders’ Week
Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, celebrated Customer Service and Elders’ Week with Dialog Prashansa conducting an event at Dialog Axiata Head Office to educate and empower senior citizens on digital technology with the objective of bridging the digital divide between generations.
The program aimed to increase digital literacy amongst seniors, empowering them to leverage the power of technology to improve their own lives. The programme covered topics such as an introduction to digital technologies, myths and beliefs related to the internet and digital media, digital essentials and engagement, as well as digital safety.
This was the latest in a series of programmes and events held by Dialog Prashansa, the company’s mobile postpaid plan for government service pensioners, provided in partnership with the Department of Pensions.
