Customer Care Workshop by AAC
The Automobile Association of Ceylon (AAC) conducted a Customer Care Workshop to provide its staff with a road map to understand the modern technique of delivering outstanding customer experience through genuine customer care, on August 12, at the AAC Auditorium, Colombo.
The programme was conducted and facilitated by Dhammika Kalapuge, Chartered Marketer of Sipcom-1.
AAC staff who attended this programme realized its value and learnt to organize themselves to be humble, honest and focused. They also learnt to work diligently and express positive attitudes and gratitude when needed. Besides, they learnt to live within their means.
After the workshop, the staff expressed their great appreciation for being afforded this opportunity to follow a programme of this kind.
