CSE announces change in S&P Sri Lanka 20 Index

The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has announced the following change in S&P Sri Lanka 20 index constituents made by S&P Dow Jones Indices at the 2023 year-end rebalance.The exclusion and inclusion as announced by S&P Dow Jones Indices, effective from 18th Dec 2023 (after the market close of 15th Dec 2023) are presented below.

Exclusions: Browns Investments PLC, Dipped Products PLC, Expolanka Holdings PLC, Richard Pieris & Co PLC and Sri Lanka Telecom PLC.Inclusions: DFCC Bank, Dialog Axiata PLC, Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC, Hatton National Bank PLC and Nations Trust Bank PLC.

Effective from 18th December 2023 the stocks in the S&P Sri Lanka 20 in alphabetical order are as follows.Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC, CIC Holdings PLC, Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, DFCC Bank, Dialog Axiata PLC, Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC, Hatton National Bank PLC, Hayleys PLC, Hemas Holdings PLC, John Keells Holdings PLC, Lanka IOC Ltd. LOLC Finance PLC, LOLC Holdings PLC, Melstacorp PLC, National Development Bank PLC, Nations Trust Bank PLC, Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC, Sampath Bank PLC, Softlogic Life Insurance PLC and Vallibel One PLC.
