The Colombo Fort Magistrate has allowed underworld leader Nadun Chinthaka alias Harak Kata to consume food from the canteen at the CID.The court said so in response to a motion filed by Harak Kata.A few weeks ago, Harak Kata attempted to escape the CID custody with the help of a policeman.
