ComBank conducts Leadership Readiness Forum for middle managers

The Commercial Bank of Ceylon recently conducted the inaugural Leadership Readiness Forum which was one of many projects planned under the Bank’s Middle Management Development Programme (MMDP). Titled ‘The New Leadership DNA – Millennial Shift,’ the forum that took place at the Bank’s auditorium at Union Place, Colombo 2, included discussions on topics such as the empowerment of future leaders, mentoring leaders to avoid management blind spots, future-proofing individuals, removing toxicity from the organisation’s culture, and staying relevant to the times. Middle managers of the Bank joined these discussions from all parts of the country and from the Bank’s overseas operations too.
