Coast Guard nabs person with dried sharks and fins

The Coast Guard (SLCG) nabbed a person in possession of illegally caught dried sharks and fins at the Fisheries Harbour, in Dikovita, on Monday (12).

The SLCG officials deployed for fishery monitoring nabbed the suspect with a stock of illegally harvested sharks and their fins. They acted on information received from their intelligence crew.
About 41 kilos of dried shark fish and 9.8 kilos of dried shark fins were seized while they were being unloaded from a boat.
