CIPM diploma awarding ceremony celebrating excellence in HRM

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) hosted its Diploma Awarding Ceremony last week at the CIPM HR House in Narahenpita. Ken Vijayakumar, President of CIPM, was the chief guest while Duminda Perera, Director/Chief Executive Officer at PrintXcel Packaging (Pvt) Ltd was the guest of honour. With more than 600 Diplomates and their proud family members in attendance, the day was marked by a spirit of celebration and accomplishment. Among the highlights was the recognition of M.G.U. Sulakshani Bandara, who was honoured as the Best Performer, exemplifies excellence in the HRM field.
