CID arrests beautician , two others for forging letterhead, seal of AG

The CID on Tuesday nabbed three persons including a beautician at Katugastota, Kandy for forging letterheads of the Attorney General’s Department.

The CID made the arrests with the assistance of the officers attached to the Cyber Crime Special Unit in Kandy.

The 47-year-old beautician is a resident of Seneratgama, Katugastota.

The second suspect is a resident of Asgiriya, Sumangala Mawatha, Kandy. He is 48 years old and works as an electrician.

The third suspect is a businessman who is a resident of Mahaiyawa, Kandy. He is 54 years old.
