CIABOC to indict Johnston, Keheliya, Rohitha

 The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) has prepared five indictments against former Minister and SLPP Member of Parliament for the Kurunegala District Johnston Fernando.

These indictments will be filed in the High Court of Colombo shortly. Besides, indictments will be filed against SLPP Members of Parliament, Keheliya Rambukwella and Rohitha Abeygunawardena.

A case is being heard in the High Court of Colombo against SLPP Member of Parliament Mahindananda Alutgamage.

The Commission comprises  Retired Supreme Court Justice Eva Wanasundera (Chairperson, retired Court of Appeal Justice Deepali Wijesundera, and retired DIG Chandra Vakista.
