Celebrating AIA’s employees at the Annual Company Conference

Eight CEO’s Special Awards and 132 Leadership Essential Awards were awarded to the outstanding employees of AIA at its recent Annual Company Conference along with the Most Talented Child award which is won by the best all-round child among the employees’ children, a company news release said.

It described the event as “an evening full of glamour to recognise and reward employee achievements and was a red-letter day in the company calendar celebrating employees for their hard work that contributed to the company’s success.”

The 2022 MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) achievers were also recognised at the event.

AIA CEO Chathuri Munaweera, Chief Agency Officer Chanaka Liyanage and Director Partnership Distribution Senaka Rajapakse made presentations, highlighting the company’s performance during the year while applauding the achievements of individuals and teams alike.

The event was hosted by AGM HR Chalini Guneratne and Associate Director Agency Distribution, Dimuthu Piyasena “with our very own employees who added colour to the event with their musical performances.”
