Caution urged for upcountry drivers amid heavy rainfall – Nuwara Eliya DMC

The Nuwara Eliya District Disaster Management Centre (DMC) has warned motorists of potential due to heavy rains in the area.

Nimal Bandara, Assistant Director of the Disaster Management Centre, emphasised the need for drivers to exercise caution, especially on slippery roads that are prone to landslides and rock falls.
