Catholic writers extends competition deadline

The National Catholic Writers’ Organization has extended the acceptance of free creations for the “Mawatha” E-Publication (Easter & New Year E-Publication) in all three languages, Sinhala, Tamil and English, until March 31, a news release from te organization said.

Articles, poems, short stories, dramas, photographs, drawings, children’s works, special articles related to Easter and New Year can be submitted and Sinhala – (iskola potha/fm Abhaya, Font size 12), Tamil – (Unicode / Font size 12) ) English – (Times New Roman / Font Size 12) and should be sent to “prasadsamarathunga2014@gmail.com” E-address or 0773525844 WHATSAPP number in Microsoft word format only.Arrangements have also been made to award certificates to the winner for the best creations, te release said.
