Cardinal calls for revolutionary change

Colombo Archbishop Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith, on Friday, said the country needed a revolutionary change to save it from decline.

During the service, held at the Basilica of Our Lady of Lanka, at Tewatte in Ragama, the Cardinal said there was a pressing need for a course correction.

The Archbishop called for justice for the 2019 Easter Sunday terrorist attack victims.

He said that 269 persons had been killed in the Easter attacks.
