Bodies of three unidentified men found in Colombo

Bodies of three males had been found in Colombo yesterday, police said.
Two of them were washed ashore while one was found in a canal.
According to the Police, one body was found in Bambalapitiya near the Marine Drive. The Police said that another body had been found near Rama Krishna Mawatha at Wellawatte. Both had no clothes.
Wellawatte OIC CI Roshan de Silva said that the body found there had been floating in the sea and police teams had brought it ashore.
Bambalapitiya OIC CI Prasanna Ratnayake said that the body found near Marine Drive at Bambalapitiya was highly decomposed.
The OICs said that the bodies would be sent to the Kalubowila Teaching Hospital morgue for post-mortems after the magisterial inquiries.
Another male body was found in a canal near the Kolonnawa CPC Installation.
The Dematagoda police are conducting investigations.
