BMICH engages PickMe for convenient customer pick-up and drop off points

PickMe and BMICH managements have made a unified process for customer pick-ups and drop-offs at BMICH with a view to increasing convenience for passengers and drivers.

The new arrangement would also reduce traffic congestion within the premises, the BMICH said in a statement issued on Tuesday (27). In line with this, four customer pick-up and drop-off points have been set up within the BMICH premises. These points are visible for both passengers and drivers at the BMICH premises and within the mobile App.

BMICH and PickMe management recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the participation of Isira Perera, Chief Operations Officer, Nuzrath Nazar, Head of Corporate Solutions and Business Development, and Dileep Udara, Head of Driver Acquisitions and Colombo District Manager representing PickMe, whereas Sunil Dissanayake Director/Chief Executive, D.P.K. Sirimanne Chief Engineer/Deputy Director, Aruna Dharshana Head of Finance and Ms. Devanthi Ambuldeniya Head of Business Development/ Reservations & Events represented BMICH.

Commenting at the occasion Sunil Dissanayake said “with the BMICH association with PickMe, we have been able to add another value adding facility to our customers enhancing our portfolio of value-add services.”
