Bills of Exchange Ordinance to be amended

The Cabinet of Ministers approved the joint proposal submitted by the President in his capacity as the Minister of Finance, Economic Stabilization and National Policies and the Minister of Justice, Prison Affairs and Constitutional Reforms to direct the Legal Draftsmen to formulate a draft bill to amend the Bills of Exchange Ordinance No. 25 of 1927 based on the recommendations included in the report furnished by the committee appointed for obtaining recommendations on the Bills of Exchange Ordinance that clarify and enhance the law applicable to legitimate documents that transactions can be made.
