Biggest Litro gas price reduction tonight

Litro Chairman Muditha Peiris announced yesterday that the price of a 12.5 kg domestic cylinder of Litro Gas would be reduced by around Rs. 1,000 from midnight today (04).

Peiris said that the new prices for all sizes of cylinders, based on the pricing formula, will be announced this morning.

Peiris said it was the highest price reduction of Litro Gas in the company’s history.

He said that several factors including the drop in gas prices in the global market and the strengthening of the Sri Lankan rupee had influenced the significant price drop.
