Appointed SLFP Women’s Wing Deputy Chairperson

Former President and SLFP leader Maithripala Sirisena has appointed SLFP Colombo District Organiser Chandrika de Soysa as the party’s Women’s Wing Deputy Chairperson.

The appointment was announced during a party internal election recently. De Soysa, a member of the SLFP since 1978, is also a member of the party’s Central Committee.
