Anti-Ageing Remedies
What You Need…
1-2 tablespoons organic honey
Method…
Apply honey generously on the face and neck.
Massage it in for a minute or two.
Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse it off with water.
(Do this every day or every alternate day)
* Egg
What You Need…
1 egg white
1/2 teaspoon milk cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Method…
Mix all the ingredients.
Apply the mixture all over your face.
Leave it on for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water.
(Do this once every three days)
* Carrot and Potato
What You Need…
1 small carrot
1 small potato
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of baking soda
Water
Method…
Boil the carrot and potato, and chop them into small pieces. Mash them to form a smooth paste.
To this paste, add a pinch of turmeric and baking soda. Mix well with some water to obtain a smooth paste.
Apply the mask all over your face (avoiding your eyes) and keep it on for 20 minutes.
Rinse it off with warm water.
(Do this twice a week)
* Yoghurt
What You Need…
2 teaspoons yoghurt
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
A pinch of turmeric
Method…
Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, honey, and turmeric together.
Apply this paste all over your face – avoiding your eyes
Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
(Do this two to three times a week)
* Potato
What You Need…
1 small potato
Cotton ball
Method…
Grate the potato and squeeze the juice out of it into a bowl.
Soak a cotton ball in the potato juice and apply it all over your face.
Leave the juice on your face for 15 minutes, then rinse it off with cool water.
(Do this twice a week)
