Another round of talks between Ranil and Basil

President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) founder Basil Rajapaksa met for discussions on Thursday night (04).This is the third meeting between the duo since the latter returned from the US. The previous two discussions ended inconclusively.

SLPP sources said that the two sides had discussed the coming elections and the current political situation in the country.The SLPP is still of the view that the parliamentary elections should be held first.
