Annual Josephian Christmas Carol service

The Annual Christmas carol service titled “PUER NATUS EST NOBIS” (A child is born) by St Joseph’s college, Darley Rd, Colombo 10 was held recently at the Rev.  Fr. Stanley Abeysekera Sports Complex cum Auditorium in the college under the patronage of Apostolic Nuncio of Sri Lanka (Vatican Ambassador to Sri Lanka), Archbishop Rt. Rev. Dr. Brian Udaigwe.

St. Cecilia’s choirs consisting of junior and senior students, Old Joes and Teachers’ choirs performed Christmas carols in Latin, Italian, English, Sinhala and Tamil languages.

Under the auspices of Rev Fr Ranjith Andradi, Rector of SJC, Rev Fr Samesh Anthony, Priest in charge of choirs, Coral Director, Francis de Almeida led the organising committee.
