The occasion served as a heartfelt gesture to honour the unwavering support that Minor Hotels Sri Lanka has received throughout the years, even in the face of multiple crises that temporarily halted Sri Lanka’s travel industry said Senior Vice President of Operations, Asia William Costely.

Distinguished figures, industry leaders, travel agents, top corporate representatives, and senior media professionals graced the event.

Mr. Costley also remarked, “I have witnessed remarkable resilience during challenging times, followed by a surge in demand from international travellers eager to explore the unparalleled diversity of this stunning island, replete with abundant natural beauty, heritage, cultural treasure,s, and world-class beachfront resorts along the country’s southern and eastern coastlines.” He underscored the island’s immense potential for international tourism.

This event captured the spirit of gratitude and optimism, marking a hopeful resurgence in Sri Lanka’s travel and hospitality sector.
