AIA Annual Company Conference 2023 honors outstanding employees

Eight CEO’s Special Awards and 132 Leadership Essential Awards were awarded to the outstanding employees at the AIA Annual Company Conference 2023 along with the Most Talented Child award which is won by the best all-round child among the employees’ children. The 2022 MDRT achievers were also recognized at the event.

AIA CEO Chathuri Munaweera, Chief Agency Officer Chanaka Liyanage and Director Partnership Distribution Senaka Rajapakse made presentations, highlighting the company’s performance during the year while applauding the achievements of individuals and teams alike. The event was hosted by AGM HR Chalini Guneratne and Associate Director Agency Distribution, Dimuthu Piyasena with our very own employees who added colour to the event with their musical performances.
