Adani-JKH project gets underway

The construction of Colombo Port’s West International Terminal began yesterday with the participation of Ports and Shipping Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva, and Indian High Commissioner Gopal Baglay. India’s Adani Group and its local partner JKH own 51% and 34%, respectively, while the SLPA holds the balance 15% in the USD 789 mn project
