AA conducts workshop on “Defensive and Safe Driving Skills”

Automobile Association of Ceylon conducted a workshop on “Defensive and Safe Driving Skills” to their technical staff, registered drivers and members of the staff by a team of well experienced and trained Motor Examiners headed by U.M. Premalal at the AAC Auditorium recently.

The workshop was organized under the UN Decade of Action – 2021-2030 Road Safety Programme with the purpose of updating the road rules, traffic signs and bringing awareness for the employees for defense and safe driving skill, whenever they are driving. The participants were given a questionnaire to test their understanding and intake of the knowledge from the workshop. There was an appreciable result from the workshop and the participants gained more about the skilled driving. The participants were awarded certificates at the end of the workshop.
