A Civilization Bleeds

Egged on by murderous instincts,

On just hearing some advice from this elder,

The schoolboy trio closed in on him,

The father of a months-old girl child,

And bludgeoned him to a bloody heap,

With no mercy shown to the fellow human,

Leaving behind tell-tale tragic signs,

Of a fabled civilization bleeding to death,

Losing all that it has so preciously held.
