Nawaloka Hospitals reinstated as PCR testing partner of the Embassy of China
Pioneering private healthcare provider Nawaloka Hospitals recently announced that it has been reinstated as the PCR testing partner of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Sri Lanka, from the 2nd August, 2021. Nawaloka Hospitals operates a 24-hour sample collection center at its primary hospital in Colombo, with a guarantee of test results in 24 hours. A special discount scheme has also been introduced for airlines, travel agents, student migration companies and the foreign employment sector.
Further, in a bid to increase the accessibility of COVID-19 diagnostics to a large proportion of Sri Lankans, the hospital chain has extended the reach of its testing facilities, with island-wide sample collection centers in Negombo, Galle/Karapitiya, Wennapuwa, Weligama, Gampaha and Seeduwa.
Nawaloka Hospitals entered the state-dominated healthcare sector in 1985 as the first private hospital in Sri Lanka to offer tertiary healthcare services.
