Softlogic Life lauded among Asia’s Best Workplaces in 2021
Affirming its indelible reputation as a world-class employer, Sri Lanka’s fastest-growing life insurer Softlogic Life was recently honoured as one among the Best Large Workplaces in Asia during 2021.
The victory also marks Softlogic Life’s fifth year as an organization recognized as a Great Place to Work, a unique feat only a handful of organizations in the country have gone on to achieve. This year, over 3.3 million employees from across 16 countries in Asia and the Middle East were surveyed to determine the Best WorkplacesTM in the region, giving rise to the largest cumulation of employee experiences in Asia.
