Kingslake inspires manufacturing industry with 2023 Empower Conference
Kingslake, among Sri Lanka’s leading manufacturing solutions experts, is celebrating the success of its Empower Conference -held recently at the Hilton Residences Colombo- with the aim to both educate and ignite conversations on emerging trends such as AI and its potential in the manufacturing industry. It added the conference featured a broad and engaging agenda with an impressive lineup of speakers, each offering unique perspectives from their respective fields, providing also valuable learnings on the many opportunities of emerging digital technologies and overcoming obstacles in the corporate world. Also brought to the table was best practice advice and technical insights on how to utilize new applications, solutions, and technologies to transform and futureproof businesses in the fast-evolving manufacturing landscape.
Chorin Osafune, Sales Director for Channel Business at Infor Singapore and Sri Lanka, added value to the event by sharing how 20 years of the Infor-Kingslake partnership has contributed innovation to the manufacturing industry by adapting to new trends and incorporating new solutions such as the SaaS ERP solution.
Jayantha Pieris, Group CIO of MAS Holdings, highlighted the importance of digital transformation – “Democratizing digital technology usage within our organization has helped us empower our employees, improve collaboration, and increase productivity-,” while Lahiru Wijerathna, CEO of Modern Pack Lanka, outlined how the company was able to get ahead of its competitors by implementing a lean culture with the help of the Infor Syteline ERP solution.
