A wedding is the most romantic event in your life The Brides Of Sri Lanka magazine together with the Galle Face Hotel presented an exclusive wedding expo – ‘Wedding Week 2022’. The glamorous bridal shows held on the 19th and 20th of February were outstanding.

Four celebrated designers from India and the Maldives showcased their collections, alongside leading Sri Lankan designers at this event, There were many vendors from floral to photography for couples to plan their wedding Ramani Fenando and Aslam Hussein showcased thier exclusive brides on the second day of the show

“Brides Of Sri Lanka” magazine created a platform to uplift the Sri Lankan wedding industry and strengthen our foreign relationships. The magazine will also launch its sister magazine in the Maldives, called ‘Brides Of Maldives’.

Founder and Managing Director of Brides Of Sri Lanka, Nelum Haththella stated at the recently held press conference, “We are expecting prospective brides and grooms to participate at the event and find their wedding suppliers. We have arranged lots of meet and greet where they can have one on one discussions with beauticians, florists, photographers and wedding planners.

The Wedding Show covered all areas of the bridal industry providing a comprehensive variety of bridal suppliers from Sri Lanka. This expo allowed brides and grooms to explore novel ideas on bridals, hairstyles,make up trends and other concepts to look thier best on that special day”Sri Lanka is blessed with amazing destinations and wedding tourism is an industry with so much potential. Whether you want to have your wedding on the beach, hill country or Colombo, wedding week gave an insight to all unmarried couples.
