14th Law-Medical Cricket encounter on Sunday 

The 14th edition of the annual Law Medical Cricket Encounter between Doctors and Lawyers will take place at the Colts Cricket Ground on Sunday (18). This year’s encounter is hosted by the Sri Lanka Medical Association (SLMA) in collaboration with the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL).

The Lawyers lead the series 10 games to 3 and are on a winning streak having won the past four encounters consecutively. The doctors’ team is led by Dr. Pubudu Senevirathna while Ershan Ariaratnam will skipper the lawyers’ team to the 14th encounter.

President of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka Saliya Peiris, Secretary BASL Isuru Balapatabendi, President of the Sri Lanka Medical Association Prof Samath Dharmaratne, Vice Presidents of SLMA Dr Surantha Perera and Prof Anuja Abayadeera and Secretary SLMA Prof Ishan de Zoysa will be at the game to cheer the teams and give away the awards.
