USA to support digitisation of Naval and Aviation sectors in Sri Lanka

The US Ambassador to Sri Lanka Julie Chung said recently that the United States would provide new technology to Sri Lanka for the process of modernising Sri Lanka’s Naval and aviation sectors.The Ambassador said so when she met with Ports and Aviation Minister Nimal Siripala on September 27 at his ministry. The Ambassador made positive remarks about the government’s programme to expand Sri Lanka’s Naval and Aviation sectors and said it could help attract American investments to Sri Lanka.
